Egg-citing times at Queen’s College
The Easter bunny is spotted in Bellver Forest - and she is busy hiding eggs! The primary children at Queen’s College have been busy preparing Easter crafts in celebration of spring and new beginnings. The Nursery children decorated their Easter bonnets and made beautiful Easter bunny sock puppets. Many classes painted eggs and crafted Easter cards for their families. Easter baskets were woven with paper and strips of straw. Egg templates were ornately designed in a Victorian fashion and paintings of baby animals filled the classroom walls. The Year 6 pupils focused on the completion of their Harry Potter “Dragon Eggs” - the 36 examples competed for house points; every single pupil, however, produced an outstanding dragon egg!
