Flotillas, fireworks, correfocs for Virgen del Carmen and for Sant Jaume, Santiago, Spain's patron saint. Grammy award-winning jazz singer Gregory Porter in Port Adriano. Three nights of concerts at Bellver Castle, Palma.

Bunyola has its weird and wonderful underwear race on Saturday. The Vermar grape harvest fiestas start in Binissalem, so there is a wine barrel race on Saturday and art in the streets on two nights. Demons run with fire in Algaida on Saturday. At Palma's Son Fusteret showground there are four days of monster trucks - it's the Monsters World Tour.

The Santa Ponsa re-enactment of battles in 1229 between King Jaume I's invading forces and the Muslims on Saturday. Demons' correfoc for the Rei en Jaume fiestas on Tuesday. Demons fire running in Costitx and Maria de la Salut on Sunday. Arta's fair is at the weekend, a sure sign that autumn is coming. Highly rated saxophonist Eli Degibri and his quartet at the Alcudia Jazz Festival on Friday.

The famous La Beata procession in Santa Margalida this Sunday; the town has its demons' correfoc on Friday. Sant Joan's demons are out and about in different guises on Tuesday and Wednesday. Santa Ponsa's Rei en Jaume Fiestas start on Thursday. Vilafranca's melon fair and fiestas, including Saturday's melon battle.

Fiestas for Sant Bartomeu (Saint Bartholomew the Apostle), featuring Soller's impressive demons Esclatabutzes with this year's correfoc spectacular "Malson" (Nightmare). Fireworks in Capdepera and Ses Salines. Puerto Pollensa's Bye Bye Summer on Saturday. The Pollensa Festival continues - two concerts this week. The Tony Hadley concert at Son Amar on Friday has been cancelled.

A mega week of fiestas. Fireworks musical spectaculars in Can Picafort on Wednesday and Cala Ratjada on Thursday among other displays. The duck swim in Can Pic also on Wednesday. Demons correfocs in Campos (Wednesday), Alaro and Porreres (Thursday), Capdepera (Friday). Sineu's weird and hugely popular "Mucada" on Monday. UB40 (part of the group) in Port Adriano on Tuesday. DJs Carl Cox and David Guetta in Palma and Magalluf, respectively, on Sunday.

The climax to the Sant Jaume fiestas, with correfocs in Binissalem and Manacor, the cossier dancers in Algaida, and fireworks in Alcudia and elsewhere. Pollensa's La Patrona starts, the procession of the "triumphal carriage" of La Beata in Valldemossa is on Saturday. Other fiestas include Cala Millor, Inca and Playa de Muro (fireworks on Sunday night). S'Arraco's always popular Nit de l'Art is on Thursday.

In Port Adriano, tenor José Carreras on Saturday. Santa Eugenia has its performing arts weekend - circus acts, dance and music.

Sant Pere (San Pedro, Saint Peter) Fiestas in Andratx, Buger, Colonia Sant Pere, Esporles, Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Soller, where there is the International Xeremiers (pipers) Festival. Marratxi has its fiestas for the patron Sant Marçal, and Campanet for Sant Victoria. Arenal's Sant Cristòfol has a demons' correfoc on Friday.
